Hanger
Measures, cuts, Hangs drywall boards by fastening boards to the inside framework. Puts drywall into place and fastens drywall to framing. Measures, cuts, and installs small filler and trim as required. Saws drywall boards to fit angles and corners and accommodate electrical outlets using router.

Framer
The main function of this position is to install metal studs required for framing. A metal stud Framer utilize electric and hand tools to install interior wall systems for commercial construction building involving sizing, cutting and installing metal studs and tracks.

Taper
Seals joints between plasterboard or other wallboards to prepare wall surface for painting or papering. Spreads compound over joints between boards, using trowel, broad knife, or spatula. Spreads and smooth cementing material over tape. Sands rough spots after cement has dried. Fills cracks and holes in walls and ceiling with sealing compound. Installs metal molding at corners in lieu of sealant and tape.

Laborer/Utility
A construction laborer worker does physical labor on construction sites. They may prepare sites by cleaning them, loading or unloading materials, and removing hazards. A general laborer may also run some types of equipment, or put together and take apart scaffolding and other temporary structures.

Shawn Loutsis
Founder & CEO
Shawn serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder, providing strategic leadership and overall direction for the organization. In this capacity, he is responsible for setting the company’s vision, driving business development, and ensuring operational alignment across all project and field activities.
Within the drywall construction environment, Shawn maintains executive oversight of project pipelines, client relationships, financial performance, and long-term growth initiatives, while empowering field leadership and project management teams to execute with precision and accountability.

Laura Mercado
Operations Manager
Laura serves in the capacity of Operations Manager, providing centralized oversight of day-to-day field and administrative workflows within the drywall construction environment. In this role, she is accountable for coordinating project timelines, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring alignment between field teamss, project management, and back-office functions.
She plays a critical role in maintaining operational continuity, driving schedule adherence, supporting procurement and material staging, and reinforcing quality and safety standards across all active job sites. Additionally, Laura acts as a key liaison across internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that communication flows efficiently and that project deliverables are executed in accordance with contractual expectations and organizational benchmarks.
Her position is instrumental in scaling operational efficiency, mitigating risk, and sustaining consistent project performance across the company’s portfolio.

Dean Proffit
Estimator
Dean operates within the Estimator function, serving as a critical front-end contributor to the company’s revenue pipeline and project execution strategy. In this capacity, Dean is responsible for evaluating project opportunities, developing accurate cost estimates, and supporting the overall bid and proposal process. His core responsibilities include performing detailed quantity takeoffs, analyzing construction drawings and specifications, and assessing labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs specific to drywall scopes (e.g., framing, hanging, taping, finishing). Dean ensures that all estimates are aligned with current market conditions, supplier pricing, and internal production capabilities. In addition, Dean collaborates cross-functionally with project managers, field supervisors, and executive leadership to validate assumptions, mitigate risk exposure, and optimize bid competitiveness. His role also includes maintaining relationships with clients, vendors and subcontractors to ensure pricing accuracy and availability. From a strategic standpoint, the Estimator function plays a key role in margin protection, backlog development, and overall business growth by ensuring that submitted bids are both competitive and financially sound.
